WHEN & WHERE IS DURAG FESTIVAL HAPPENING?
Durag Festival consists of two main events: Day 1 is the Expo located at Goodyear Arts (301 Camp Rd #200, Charlotte, NC 28206) from 10am - 5pm EST; Day 2 is the Festival at Camp North End (300 Camp Rd, Charlotte, NC 28206) from 2pm - 10pm EST.
IS THE FESTIVAL SUITABLE FOR ALL AGES?
Yes, Day 2 of the festival is open to all ages. Kids 10 and under are admitted for free (General Admission only).
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
The festival will proceed rain or shine, so come prepared for the weather.
WILL THERE BE SECURITY CHECKS AT THE FESTIVAL?
Yes, all patrons are subject to search upon General Admission (GA) and VIP entry to ensure everyone's safety.
CAN I EXPECT ANY CHANGES TO THE MAIN STAGE LINEUP?

HOW DO I PURCHASE TICKETS FOR DURAG FESTIVAL?

ARE THERE DIFFERENT TYPES OF TICKETS AVAILABLE?
Yes, we offer General Admission Passes for Day 1 and Day 2, as well as VIP Passes for Day 2.

CAN I TRANSFER MY FESTIVAL PASS TO SOMEONE ELSE?
No, festival passes are not transferable and must be used by the original purchaser.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
All sales are final, except in the event of a festival postponement or cancellation.
CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS/PASSES FROM A THIRD PARTY?
We strongly advise against purchasing passes from third parties or scalpers, as we cannot guarantee their authenticity or provide support for them.
WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE BROUGHT TO THE FESTIVAL?

CAN I BRING MY CAMERA TO THE FESTIVAL?
