- DURAG FESTIVAL is a rain or shine event.
- Purchases are non-refundable. All sales are final.
- For Day 2, Children over 10 must purchase and have a wristband (issued on-site during check-in). Children 10 and under are admitted free without a wristband but must be accompanied by an adult.
- For both Day 1 and Day 2, you may leave the fest site and return with your Official DURAG FESTIVAL Wristband(issued on-site during check-in).
- Line-up is subject to change without notice.
- Pets permitted – service animals only.
- All ticket holders are subject to search upon entry.
ADA POLICY
The festival site will be ADA accessible.

BAG POLICY
DURAG FESTIVAL has a clear bag policy to provide everyone with a safer festival experience, as well as to decrease the time it takes to get into the festival. Please take note of the following, prior to making your way to the festival.
- Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or smaller)
- Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the fest with one of the clear plastic bags.
- An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose.
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
- purses larger than a clutch bag
- coolers
- briefcases
- backpacks
- fanny packs
- cinch bags
- luggage of any kind
- computer bags
- camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size.
A small clutch bag is defined as – “approximately the size of a hand with or without a handle or strap, no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”
AGE RESTRICTIONS
DURAG FESTIVAL is an adult fest. Kids are welcome but must have a ticket. Children 10 and under are admitted free but must be accompanied by an adult.
DRUG & ALCOHOL POLICY
You must be 21 to drink and you must possess a valid ID to purchase alcohol. DURAG FESTIVAL is a zero tolerance event. All local and State laws will be strictly enforced. There will be no tolerance for illegal activities.
NOTICE OF FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY
When you enter any DURAG FESTIVAL event, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by DURAG FESTIVAL and its affiliates / representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar DURAG FESTIVAL events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of DURAG FESTIVAL. You release DURAG FESTIVAL, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment of royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by DURAG FESTIVAL or the person or entity designated to do so by DURAG FESTIVAL. When you enter DURAG FESTIVAL, you have consented, waiver of liability.
